These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any mobile applications (“Apps”) developed and published by Domanov Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

- TradeTrackr
- Grip Strength: MrGripper
- Twelve
- SmartStack
- Vaultly
- Reverse Audio Editor: Fun FX
- Audio Converter: ZEN
- Portfolio Tracker: X-Ray
- HeicSwap: HEIC & PDF Converter
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. User Data and Privacy
Our Apps are designed with privacy as a core principle. Most of our Apps store data locally on your device and do not require account creation, cloud sync, or internet access to function.
For details on how each App handles your data, please refer to the specific Privacy Policy linked on each App's listing page. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
- Subscription pricing and duration are displayed before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
- Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Apps or their underlying infrastructure.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any App or its content.
- Use the Apps to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks within our Apps are the property of Domanov Dev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.
6. No Financial, Medical, or Professional Advice
Our Apps are tools for personal tracking, organization, and information purposes only. They do not provide financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
- Dividend Tracker: Pulse and Portfolio Tracker: X-Ray are clarity and tracking tools, not investment advisors. Your results depend on the data you enter.
- TradeTrackr is a journaling tool and does not constitute trading advice.
- SmartStack provides supplement tracking based on reference data and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Always consult a qualified professional for decisions related to your finances, health, or legal matters.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOMANOV DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the affected App is revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
If you are a citizen of a European Union country, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
