This Privacy Policy explains how Domanov Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your data across all of our mobile applications (“Apps”), including but not limited to:

We build our Apps with privacy as a core principle. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
Our Apps are designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not:
- Require account creation or sign-up
- Connect to your bank, broker, or any financial institution
- Access your contacts, messages, or call history
- Track your location
- Serve advertisements or use ad-tracking frameworks
- Sell or share your data with third parties
2. Data Storage
Most of our Apps store all user-entered data locally on your device. This means your data stays under your control and is not transmitted to any server.
Some Apps may offer optional iCloud sync (e.g., SmartStack) to keep your data in sync across your personal Apple devices. When enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat as a subscription management platform for some of our Apps.
RevenueCat may process:
- An anonymous user identifier
- Purchase and subscription status
- Device type and OS version
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personal content you enter into our Apps. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Some of our Apps may use Apple's built-in analytics or TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as:
- App launches and feature usage (anonymized)
- Crash logs and performance metrics
- Device type and OS version
This data is fully anonymous, cannot be linked to you personally, and is used solely to improve app stability and usability. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any invasive tracking frameworks.
You can opt out of Apple Analytics at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
5. Data You Enter
All content you enter into our Apps — including financial data, health and supplement information, trade logs, collection items, goals, audio recordings, and any other personal input — is stored locally on your device (or in your private iCloud account if sync is enabled). We never access, read, or process this data on our servers.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may reference or retrieve data from third-party sources for functionality purposes:
- SmartStack retrieves supplement label data from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD). No personal data is sent in these requests.
- Portfolio Tracker: X-Ray may retrieve live stock/ETF quotes from financial data providers. No personal portfolio data is sent — only ticker symbols.
We do not share any of your personal data with these services.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
As we are based in the European Union (Latvia), and even though we collect minimal to no personal data, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access — You may request confirmation of what data, if any, we hold about you.
- Right to erasure — You may delete all app data at any time by deleting the App from your device.
- Right to data portability — Several of our Apps offer CSV export so you can take your data with you.
- Right to object — You can opt out of any anonymous analytics through your device settings.
Since our Apps store data locally on your device and we do not maintain user accounts or server-side databases, most of your data is already fully under your control.
9. Data Retention
We do not retain any personal data on our servers. All data entered into our Apps remains on your device (or your iCloud account) until you choose to delete it. Uninstalling an App removes all locally stored data.
10. Security
While we do not transmit or store your data on external servers, we design our Apps to follow Apple's security best practices for local data storage. If iCloud sync is enabled, your data is protected by Apple's encryption and security infrastructure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
